Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the event Love 4 Tango, in Antwerpen, Belgium.
Registrations are only accepted through the registration form on the website.

Registering as a couple means that both partners must complete the form separately and list the other as their partner.
You will receive a response on March 23. If a registration cannot be accepted, it will be placed on the waiting list. We will contact you again as soon as a place becomes available.

Upon accepting your registration, you will be provided with payment details and given 48 hours to make your payment. No reminders are sent. Your place may be forfeited and forfeited if you do not receive payment within that period. Payments made prior to our notice will not be accepted.Please take into account transfer costs. Any transaction fees must be paid in addition to the total ticket price.

Confirmation for couples cannot be sent until the full amount of both has been received.

Your participation will be confirmed upon receipt of the complete and timely transfer.
Payment must be made by bank transfer after notification of acceptance. You must send proof of payment via WhatsApp to the number +32 4 8866 4032.

There is no right to refund for reserved meeting places.

Please note that spots are personal and cannot be transferred to other people or used by different people for different parts of the event.
In case of cancellation on your part, no refund will be made.

Access to the event is only granted to confirmed participants. It is not possible to participate without complete registration and confirmed space, except for the open milonga on Thursday.

Data Protection
The organizer is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage arising from or related to attendance at the event or participation in event activities.
The organizer is not responsible for loss due to theft or loss of equipment and items or other personal property.
The organizer is not responsible for any damage incurred during travel to and from the venue, including any damage related to self-organized carpooling.
In case of dangerous, disrespectful or disruptive behavior, the organization reserves the right to suspend participation.
Photograph and film during the event.
The participant accepts and understands that the organizer may make video and sound recordings during the event.
The organizer may transmit, distribute or make public the recordings (social media, BOCA Antwerp Meeting website, printed material) and use them to promote the event to the extent permitted by applicable law. The participant will not receive any compensation.
The Participant The Participant accepts and understands that they may make recordings during the event for personal use only.
If the participant wishes to transmit, distribute or make public the recordings, he may do so to the extent permitted by applicable law.
